| dc.description | Los minerales son elementos esenciales para el normal crecimiento y reproducción. Algunos de ellos se requieren en grandes cantidades y son llamados macro minerales. Otros se requieren en dosis mínimas y son llamados micro minerales o elementos trazas. Durante los últimos años. se ha aumentado la conciencia de la importancia de los minera les trazas, a estar presentes en tejidos corporales y servir como componentes de enzimas, metabólicas, y cofactores de enzima, componentes de hormonas del sistema endocrino. | |
