An analysis, based on empirical data for the period of 1990-2011, presents changes in production, consumption and foreign trade in pig meat and its products. Since 2008 Poland has been a net importer of pig meat and its products. / Synopsis. W artykule przedstawiono zmiany w produkcji, konsumpcji i handlu zagranicznym wieprzowiną w Polsce w latach 1990-2011. Polska od 2008 r. jest importerem netto wieprzowiny i ujemne saldo obrotów handlowych się powiększa.
