The purpose of this publication is to give a clear understanding of the project achievements to the stakeholders and expose them to the technical outcomes of the project "Assistance to Strengthening the Resilience of Zagros Forests to Oak Decline and Caspian Forests to Boxwood Blight and Development of National Forest Monitoring System in the Islamic Republic of Iran".
The content is composed of the an introduction of the emergence of the above mentioned diseases in Iranian forests, life cycles and the methods to prevent and controle these diseases/pests .
