Descripción
This document is one of three outputs of the project GCP/GLO/277/GEF coordinated by FAO and implemented by FAO, UNESCO IHP and the International Association of Hyrogeologists (IAH), in collaboration with the World Bank and GEF STAP. It envisions groundwater governance for suataining the benefits and services inurred from groundwater, to be achieved by the year 20130. The other two outputs of the projects are the "Global Diagnostic on Groundwater Governance " and the "Global Framework for Action to Achieve the Vision on Groundwater Governance". All three outputs are expected to be published under the name of the 5 partners organizations and shared with policy and decision-makers in countries as well as other stakeholders who have been invoved in the project process or are concerned with groundwater governance.
