Descripción
The Implementation and Capacity Development Guides and Training materials are tools that guide and assist in the implementation of the IPPC, its international standards for phytosanitary measures (ISPMs) and CPM recommendations through providing:
- Accurate and easy to understand technical information
- Best practices to facilitate the establishment and operation of national phytosanitary systems
- NPPOs with a basis to develop national legislation, policies, guides, SOPs, training materials and courses
- Building national phytosanitary capacities.
The Implementation and Capacity Development Guides and Training materials are developed under auspices of the IPPC Secretariat with the participation of selected international experts.
The list serves as a reference document for contracting parties, national plant protection organizations and relevant stakeholders to be aware of the implmentation and capacity development materials available on the International Phytosanitary Portal (IPP).
