The purpose of this study was to determine potential of agrotourism farm development. Due to the complexity of human capital it was assumed, based on available literature, that the impact on agrotourism farm development have: owner’s education, knowledge of foreign languages, variety of services, marketing skills, investments planning and membership in associations. The source material were results of the survey conducted among 24 agrotourism farms locate in the east of Mazowieckie region. The research shows that human capital have impact on agrotourism farm development.
