Descripción
This poster displays the version 4 of the Global Map of Irrigated Areas and it also briefly details the data and methods used for its compilation. The poster was presented by the Frankfurt University and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations at the International Workshop on Global Irrigated Area Mapping held 25 - 26 September 2006 in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and at the Tropentag Conference 2006 held in Bonn, Germany.
