dc.descriptionSpeaking at the opening of the National dairy forum on 23 November 2010, Chair of the Kenya Dairy Board, Martha Mulwa said that the most important lesson is government intervention. We believe that if the government actively participates in dairy development, it will take-off faster. In conclusion, she said that milk production in Kenya grow phenomenally when the government starts giving free milk to primary schools.
