RESUMO - Avaliou-se a disponibilidade de forragem, a composição botânica e o valor nutritivo de pastagens consorciadas de Brachiaria decumbens e Stylosanthes guianensis cv. Mineirão e de B. brizantha cv. Marandu e S. guianensis cv. Mineirão, sob três taxas de lotação, 0,8, 1,2 e l,6 UA/ha, durante as épocas seca e das águas, no cerrado. As pastagens com B. decumbens apresetaram maior disponibilidade de máteria verde seca e maiores proporções de leguminosa (28,7%), quando comparadas às pastagens com B. brizantha (11,9%), o que refletiu no melhor valor nutritivo das pastagens com B. decumbens. ABSTRACT - Mixed pastures of Brachiaria decumbens with Stylosanthes guianensis cv. Mineirão and B. brizantha cv. Marandu with S. guianensis cv. Mineirão, under three stocking rates, 0.8, 1.2 and 1.6 UA/ha, were evaluated in regard to the forage availability, botanical composition and nutritive value, during the dry and rainy seasons both, in the brazilian Cerrado. The pastures with "B. decumbens" presented higher green dry matter available and higher proportion of legume component (28.7%) than pastures with B.brizantha (11.9%), reflecting in a higher nutritive value to the pastures with B. decumbens.
