In the latest edition of FAO in Africa, from FAO’s Regional Office for Africa, we are celebrating World Food Day on 16th October, under the theme of leaving no one behind. It is particularly pertinent in Africa as the continent faces pockets of catastrophic food insecurity amid overall rising hunger driven by conflict, climate change and rising food prices. In this edition, we are also sharing updates on our work for better production, better nutrition, a better environment and a better life in Africa.
