For a TCP project proposal to be eligible for TCP funding, it must meet criteria set by FAO’s governing bodies. These criteria aim to ensure that TCP-funded projects are sustainable, lead to a transfer of technical knowledge, or provide adequate emergency response in times of crisis. The criteria are the same for emergency and development projects and TCP Facility projects, yet their application varies depending on the nature of the intervention.
