This report includes, as far as is posible, the full text of the presentations and documentos the main issues arising out of discussions. It it our hope that the information contained in this document will sustain the above-defined workshop objetives, particularly reading the need for developing the necessary information base to enable the effective participation of our countries in the global and hemispheric integration proceses.
