This report presents a rapid impact assessment of innovation cases supported by the Kaimosi ATC Living Lab in Nandi County. The assessment evaluates the contribution of these innovations to low emission food system development, focusing on economic performance, environmental sustainability, and social inclusion. Using a census approach and semi-structured interviews, data was collected from supported innovators across multiple value chains. Findings indicate that the innovations have enhanced income generation, improved resource-use efficiency, and strengthened adaptive and mitigation capacity to climate change. Despite varying performance across enterprises, the Living Lab approach demonstrates strong potential to catalyze scalable, inclusive, and climate-resilient food system transformation in Nandi County.
