The purpose of this document, prepared jointly by the Directorate of Science and Technology and Natural Resources of the Technical Consortium, and the Directorate of the NRC, is to serve as input for preliminary discussions by the Advisory Council of the NRC on the advisability and importance of promoting onoging and systematic reciprocal cooperation in agricultural research and technology development among the three countries of the NRC, through a program which tentatively is being called PROCINORTE.
