The FAB story book can be of use to service providers in the public and private sector who are working with illiterate and semi-literate farmers. The publication is intended as a first step or introduction to FAB training. It can be used in farmer awareness and sensitization pro-grammes on FAB prior to commencing more formal FAB training pro-grammes. It can also be incorporated easily into formal FAB training programmes for farmers. It is intended to be used for training farmers and progressive farmers who in turn may then train other progressive farmers or farmers.
