This report has been prepared according to the requirements of technical cooperation project TCP/ZAM/2901 to provide assistance to Zambia in reviewing existing producer groups (fish farmers or other), their organisational structures, by-laws, constitutions and allocation of responsibilities and recommend effective legal structures for fish farmers groups to optimize stakeholder inputs into decision making.
