The Anticipatory Action Protocol for pre-monsoon flash flooding in Haor region, Bangladesh aims to guide the government and partners to systematically monitor the likely impact of the hazard and use forecast information to trigger specific anticipatory actions, which are designed to safeguard lives and livelihoods.
