Bocaiuva (Acrocomia aculeata (Jacq.) Lodd.) is a fruit of the Brazilian cerrado, whose flour is handcrafted, representing a typical regional product. Mature bocaiuva fruits from the State of Mato Grosso do Sul were processed to produce flour.
