| dc.description | We estimate a county-level labor market model for Minnesota in order to decompose employment growth into labor force, commuting, and unemployment changes. Preliminary results suggest that 1990-2000 employment growth was accommodated by increased in-commuting and labor force growth, with in-commuting more important in metro than rural counties. | |
