As FAO embarks on efforts to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals, progress across the global South is deemed a high priority area. With this in mind, the text and content of this leaflet explain the history and achievements made possible through FAO's projects drawing on the expertise of China. South-South Cooperation is a pivotal mechanism to fulfilling FAO's mandate and China is a central contributor to SSC's development programmes - as explained in this brochure.
