This work was aimed to evaluate the feasibility of using an indirect ELISA for the detection of Glomus clarum spores. Chinchilla rabbits were immunized with protein extracts from G. clarum. Their polyclonal serum was faced to G. clarum and the other species of Glomales. The serum reacted specifically against G. clarum at 1/3 000 dilution without crossed reactions with the other Glomales species used in this study at the same serum dilution using indirect ELISA.
