This report focuses on the FAO support towards the development of the Unified Beneficiary Registry (UBR) and its operationalization in Phalombe District. FAO being the first to pilot the UBR at 100% scale, the report is produced for purposes of informing subsequent UBR rolling out initiatives in the remaining districts and it targets policy makers and all social protection development partners. Publication of the report is very useful to enhance its accessibility by the target audience especially now that discussion on the UBR rolling out are high on the government agenda.
