The first half of 2013 has been eventful for the Regional Coordination Unit. We had to organize several work-shops and technical meetings of the con-stituted working groups, an experimen-tal research cruise survey on the recruit-ment of sardinellas and anchovies in the coastal waters of Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Senegal and The Gambia. In addition, this period coincided with the mid-term evaluation of the project.
