The increase in the number of enterprises and their development largely depend on the environment
in which they operate. It is important, therefore, that the self-government supports local entrepreneurs.
Development of small and medium-sized enterprises as well as socio-economic development of communes
depend on an appropriate policy of local authorities. Local governments (at least in theory) have an access
to wide range of instruments to create favorable conditions. The government of Stanisławów commune
use the opportunity to reduce the size of local fees and taxes what results in growing number of companies
registered on its territory each year.
