dc.descriptionThe Seminar reviewed the organizational and technical aspects of the national fisheries statistical system of participating countries and also the level of quality, utility completeness and suitability of the statistics produced. An examination was also made of the survey methods and statistics produced between the countries in the region. Recommendations of the seminar regarding fulfillment of the identified needs of the member countries are included.
