Resumen
Descripción
The aim of this work was to determine a good immunization protocol for obtaining a polyclonal antiserum against Glomus clarum. Three immunization protocols were made using as antigens: (i) disinfected whole AMF spores, (ii) wall fragments obtained by ultrasonication and (iii) total proteins. Polyclonal antisera were obtained from each protocol facing the previous antigens and other Glomal genera and phytopathogenic bacteria by indirect immunofluorescent technique. The thirth immunization protocol showed the best results. Glomus clarum reacted specifically with antiserum at 1/500 dilution. There was an adequate specificity of Glomus clarum strain with a titer of 1/500. No cross reaction was found with other Glomales species.
