This short Statistics Division ESS home card flyer will give a snapshot of Statistics Division’s current areas of work as all the thematic areas serves as the foremost authoritative source of reliable data on hunger, food and agriculture, as well as of standards and methods for agricultural statistics.
ESS is composed of a management team, five thematic focus teams including the Crops and Livestock Statistics Team, the Food Security and Nutrition Statistics Team, the Economic Statistics Team, the Environmental Statistics Team and the Social Statistics Team; and three statistical infrastructure teams including the Agricultural Census Team, the Agricultural Surveys Team, and the Methodological Innovation Team
