The document provides an overview of the technical, administrative, managerial and representational dimensions of the IICA Office in Jamaica during the period of January 1984 through December 1988. The table of contents includes: evolution of IICA' action in the country, the strategy followed for attaining results from technical cooperation, main difficulties in management and technical cooperation, main difficulties and suggestions as regards administrative and operative management, and positive factors in management of the technical cooperation.
