This paper indicates the results of research carried out in the Medical Services Facility atthe University of Zulia, on the Eastern CoastLake Nucleus, for the purpose of determining theknowledge and the satisfaction levels that students have in reference to this service. Aninstrument for gathering information was designed and applied to a selected sample, and the data obtained allows to conclude that students have little information about medical services,although those who do have information and are users of the same are satisfied with theattention that is offered.
