A national dialogue was held from 2 to 4 December 2024, in Nairobi, Kenya with active participation of government officials, national stakeholders, key partners and development agencies. The sessions were designed to discuss the Government of Kenya’s priorities, strategies and policies towards eradication of hunger, achieving food security, nutrition and taking climate action, and to have a better understanding of the ways in which FAO and partners could provide technical and policy assistance support to the government as well as enhancing coordinated efforts to better finance the ambitious SDG 2 and climate agendas.
