As part of the SIDS Solutions Forum, 30-31 August 2021, FAO collected innovations and creative digital technologies that respond to local problems and challenges.
There is little interest in developing policies to support organic farming despite the fragile Pacific environment ecosystem. The Pacific Online Organic Policy Tool Kit is the
first of its kind in the world.The toolkit prepares the user with the information and awareness necessary to support a strategic planning process for policy development. It includes tutorials on organic agriculture, organic principles, a global overview of government support, and information on public-private collaboration.
