The workshop aimed at cl a rifying the concept of food security governance, explain ing its boundaries and its relation to concepts and te rms of a similar nature. It also approached g overnance operationally and discussed what practically can be done to improve governance in order to achieve better food security outcomes. There were two main objectives: a)Formulate a common definition of food security governance or elements thereof; and b) Define a programme of work in partnership with others.
