FAO Somalia praises the evaluation team for its constructive review of the country programme, and very useful report highlighting the strengths and the weaknesses, and which will definitely help the OIC and the management team in readjusting its programming and operations for better addressing the complex problems of the Somalia’s food and agriculture sector. It provides also a good analysis of the contextual political and operational framework in which FAO Somalia has been performing, although sometimes lacking the commensuration to the achievable in such a context.
