However, it also discusses demand for wood and wood products and supplies from sources including home gardens, tea, rubber and coconut plantations and private woodlots. It includes analysis of possible institutional development pertaining to the forestry sector in the future and documents the participatory approaches in forestry development have been a significant feature during the recent past.
