Descripción

With the participation of Jena-Charles Le Vallée, Gloria Abraham, Anabel González, Tomás Abadía and Michael Harvey
This panel underscored that agricultural trade must evolve to reflect today’s realities, including climate shocks, food insecurity, and shifting geopolitical alliances. Panelists called for a more integrated and inclusive trade architecture in the Americas, supported by modernization of infrastructure and policies. With the right strategies and institutional leadership, the region can emerge as a unified global agri-food leader, resilient and responsive to the needs of its people and the planet.
