Descripción
The 27th Session of the Committee on Agriculture (COAG) established the COAG Sub-Committee on Livestock. The 165th Session of the FAO Council, endorsed the establishment of the Sub-Committee along with the recommendation by COAG to hold its first session during the first quarter of 2022, subject to the availability of extra-budgetary resources.
In response to this request, FAO developed a multi-donor project titled “Operationalizing the COAG Sub-Committee on Livestock and supporting its multi-year programme of work”, to enable interested resource partners to support the implementation of the Sub-Committee’s programme of work.
This flyer informs interested resource partners and calls for resource mobilization.
