This research paper is a renewed attempt to clarify the importance of farmers'social context and opinions related to embracing a technological production package. It overviews and incorporates attitudinal questions centered on farmer's discernment of the Mini-Sett Technology for yam production. The objective is to conceptualize and as certain the social and attitudinal traits of those farmers who are more likely to espouse the new technology.
