The report has reviewed the operational and managerial aspects of the project thoroughly. In addition, it has highlighted the relevance, efficiency, effectiveness of the project on the whole value chain of the dairy sector in Lebanon. Overall, this report was comprehensive on evaluating the impacts and sustainability, as perceived by the FAO Representation, the Ministry of Agriculture and the beneficiaries, keeping in mind that it cannot be comprehensively assessed at present.
