dc.descriptionTrade liberalization has increased livestock sector interest regarding the impact of exports and imports on domestic meat prices. The focus of this analysis was to determine the impact on wholesale prices of various cuts of beef and pork from changes in U.S. meat exports and imports. The results of this analysis found that U.S. beef and pork exports and imports from different locations impacted cut prices differently.
