This poster presents the OCOP initiative in Central African Republic, which has selected cassava as its special agricultural product. It highlights the socio-economic and cultural importance of cassava, its potential to support more sustainable agrifood systems and rural livelihoods, and ongoing efforts to strengthen the value chain with technical support from FAO. | |
