This report presents the views of the evaluation mission on the performance and achievements of the project titled; “Emergency Agriculture and Food Security Assistance in Support of Returnees, Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs), Host Families and other Vulnerable Families in the Districts of Jaffna, Mannar and Vavuniya in Northern Sri Lanka (OSRO/SRL/901/SWE),” which had an official duration from 1 July 2009 to 30 June 2010, a budget of US$ 719,620, and which was intended to enhance food securi ty and improve livelihoods for conflict-affected families in the Northern Province.
